Do I need to pay to use TextPal?

Currently, TextPal is in a pilot stage and will not charge users who sign up during the pilot period. However, after the pilot quota is filled, TextPal will begin charging new users for its services. So, sign up now before the free pilot ends!

How do I sign up for TextPal?

You can sign up for TextPal by registering through the website registration form. After you sign up,  you will receive an activation email and a phone number for you to send the word SUBSCRIBE to along with instructions on synchronizing your calendar with TextPal.

HOW DO I cancel my TextPal subscription?

Yes, you can opt out of TextPal at any time by sending a text message to TextPal saying "OPTOUT" or "STOP". Alternatively, you can opt out of TextPal by sending an email to [email protected] from the email address you signed up for TextPal with. 

​What happens if I unsubscribe from TextPal?

If you unsubscribe from TextPal, all your stored information will be deleted within 5 business days and you will no longer receive text messages from TextPal

​Can I sync my shared calendar with TextPal?

Yes, you can synchronize your shared calendar with TextPal to receive reminders for events and appointments. Instructions for how to synch your calendar will be emailed to you after registering.
